INTRODUCE

 

iGreenLink provides special shipping services from Canada to Vietnam, including all shipping fees, import taxes, customs & warehouse services and courier services allow you to send packages across Canada, the United States and other countries at your fingertips.

 

Senders with their own accounts will be able to submit any shipping orders through the iGreenLink Integrated Shipping Platform.

The sender may send with iGreenLink any goods permitted by law and with any possible weight from 1.00 Lb to 1,000 Lb

All operations of a transaction, including ordering, payment, tracking the status of the package can be performed on the one-stop integrated shipping platform.

BONUS SERVICES

“Check before signing”: allows the Recipient to check the contents of the package before signing the delivery receipt.

"Signature Required": guarantees that the parcel will be delivered directly to the Recipient

 

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

In many locations, cities or towns in Canada, shippers can now send gifts, packages using iGreenLink's Integrated Shipping Platform.

 

At hand, shippers or customers can quickly complete their shipping orders with the following four (04) simple steps:

1) Register an account at https://www.igreencorp.com, then you make the shipping order. You can choose to use our delivery service, send the package yourself, or use your preferred shipping service.

2) Receive confirmation from iGreenLink and print labels issued by UPS, Fedex, Purolator to send your package to iGreenLink warehouse.

3) iGreenLink will Inspect, Reweigh, Repackage (CRR condition), then confirm the final invoice. The shipper is responsible for paying the invoice before we send the package to Vietnam.

4) You can now track your package from our warehouse to the Recipient's address in Vietnam.

5) Your package is considered a Large Package when the total length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] exceeds 118 inches, but does not exceed the maximum dimension of 157 inches .

 

POLICY & amp; TERMS OF USE

 

Article 1: Regulations on import and export goods - Operate in accordance with current law

1.1) iGreenLink does not transport or transport goods on the list of "prohibited import and export" according to customs regulations.

1.2) iGreenLink operates and strictly complies with current legal regulations of Canada, Vietnam and other countries.

1.3) iGreenLink does not accept the transportation of dangerous goods in the list of "prohibited and restricted dangerous goods" regulated by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) or/and airlines.

Article 2: Rights & Responsibility of the shipper

2.1) Enjoy all benefits, promotions, services, and products of iGreenLink.

2.2) Have the best warranty, safety and customer service.

2.3) Have a receipt with shipping code to track goods 24/7.

2.4) Responsible for packaging and declaring the correct value and quantity of products. All complaints and disputes arise based on declared value information.

2.5) Responsible for providing accurate information about the sender & receiver. iGreenLink will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to late delivery, returns, subsequent deliveries or lost packages due to wrong address or failure to update the address.

2.6) Make sure all items are legal, not prohibited or dangerous.

2.7) Commit to payment according to agreement and accept payment of interest, if any.

 

Article 3: Responsibilities of IGreenLink

3.1) Commit and ensure the announced service content and quality.

3.2) Work with suppliers and vendors as intermediaries according to requested orders.

3.3) Inspect goods, advise and recommend items that cannot be sent, are limited or have high value and require insurance.

3.4) Commitment to on-time delivery, except in cases of force majeure.

3.5) Ensure customer satisfaction when using iGreenLink's services and products.

3.6) Quickly resolve questions and complaints. Timely support customers in resolving complaints with suppliers about requested purchasing services.

 

Article 4: Disclaimer

4.1) For goods confiscated by competent agencies and authorities (customs, aviation security, economic security) when violating prohibited goods, smuggled goods, or restricted goods without declaration.

4.2) Goods incidents (damaged, lost) transported by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, USPS, Canpar,... from cities (Canada, USA) to iGreenLink's warehouse (Toronto, Vancouver and other cities announced at the iGreenLink website). Shippers can directly purchase insurance from the above mentioned shipping companies.

4.3) Compensation settlement if goods do not have online invoices or receipts.

4.4) For naturally damaged goods (fruits, fresh foods), fragile products, improperly packaged liquid bottles or without specific value _22200000-0000-0000-0000 -000000000222_​such as paintings, photos, family albums.

4.5) Refuse to receive goods if the goods do not comply with current legal regulations.

4.6) In case the shipment does not arrive on time due to the airline delaying the flight or being detained due to customs requirements.

4.7) Encountering natural disasters, traffic accidents, fires, and wars.

 

Article 5: Insurance and compensation

5.1) Standard insurance: included in shipping fees provided by iGreenLink

In general, iGreenLink will compensate at 10.50 CAD/lb when goods are lost during transportation.

Orders with a goods value declaration (Declared Value) and proof of purchase will be compensated according to the declared value but not exceeding 500 CAD/order.

5.2) Optional insurance: is a type of insurance that the sender can choose to purchase for high-value parcels at a rate of 3% of the total value of the goods.

100% compensation according to the value of insured goods but not exceeding 3,000 CAD/order.

The sender needs to provide a purchase invoice (receipt, invoice) proving that the goods were purchased according to the insured value.

Note:

* iGreenLink will compensate damages based on the Standard & Optional insurance according to Articles 5.1 and 5.2 without responsibility for refunding shipping fees and other related fees (if any)

* For goods whose name, quantity, and value are not declared correctly, iGreenLink will not be responsible if the goods are confiscated, detained, or fined by the authorities or customs in the destination country.

5.3) iGreenLink is not responsible for insurance or compensation in the following cases:

- Goods that are fragile, loose, and easily damaged due to natural characteristics.

- Goods declared incorrectly by name, quantity, or value may be confiscated, detained, and fined by authorities and customs authorities.

5.4) Force majeure cases due to natural disasters, fires, enemy sabotage, aviation accidents

iGreenLink is exempt from direct compensation but is responsible for working with the authorities (TC-Transport Canada/IATA: International Air Transport Accossiation) to implement the announced settlement.

Note: Shippers are encouraged to purchase optional Insurance for high-value goods because there are many factors beyond iGreenLink's control such as airport warehouses, aviation warehouses, and customs warehouses.

 

For the Purchase on Demand service, iGreenLink is supporting buyers in working with suppliers in cases of wrong delivery, missing goods, or unsatisfactory delivery.
